Delete your RoomReceipts account

RoomReceipts is made by Niventia, Corp.

You can permanently delete your RoomReceipts account and everything stored in it, either from inside the app or, if you no longer have the app, by email.

In the app

Open RoomReceipts and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete my data and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@roomreceipts.com with the subject Delete my account, sent from the email address you use to sign in to RoomReceipts. Before deleting anything we reply to that address and ask you to confirm, so that no one else can delete your account by pretending to be you. Once you confirm, we delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in.
Your properties, rooms, scans and items, including estimated values.
Your room videos, item photos and receipts.
Reports you have shared. Links you sent stop working. Copies a recipient already downloaded are outside our control.
For property managers, your units and tenant condition records.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple Account settings or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, or you may continue to be charged.
